Zhongshan Sewtech Textile Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of yarns. It’s located in the most dynamic region of China, the Pearl River Delta region. The company's predecessor was founded in 1998 and has nearly 30 years experience in sewing thread production. The company currently has a flagship store in Foshan, three production bases in Zhongshan, Hubei, and Vietnam. The total area of the factory building reaches 20,000 square meters.
We have a set of professional sewing thread production lines ranging from spinning, twisting, dyeing and finishing, molding, and packaging. With mature technology and high-quality raw materials, we have served over 300 customers so far, with an annual output of 2,000 tons.
We are one of the earliest manufacturers in China specializing in the production of Nylon High Elasticity yarn. Our main products include Nylon High Elastic/Stretch thread (GRS), Spun Polyester thread (GRS), Core Spun thread, High Tenacity Polyester thread, Nylon Bonded thread, Draw Textured polyester thread (DTY), hand-sewing wax thread, etc.
The products are widely used in underwear, active wear, adult& children's clothes, elastic webbing ribbons, outdoor products, as well as in sewing needs for safe belts and airbags of automobiles, leather goods, handbags, luggage, footwear, furniture, sofas and so on. After years of product and technical innovation, a strict production and management process for sewing threads has been formed.
All of our yarn products have passed OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I, recycled products have all passed GRS 4.0(Global Recyclable Standard) Certification. The domestic brands that we have collaborated with include Anta, Maniform, Beneunder, Miilow, Etsu, etc; Foreign brands include H&M, UNIQLO, C&A, MDK, Nike, Fila, Wal Mart, Decathlon, Coach, Gucci, etc.
